Cost
The registration fee to attend YGES 2024 is £200 per person. It includes:
- attendance to all days of the conference;
- morning and afternoon refreshments;
- lunch each day;
- one ticket for the Dinner at Sidney Sussex College on Tuesday 2 July 2024.
Accommodation
There are 50 rooms available for YGES 2024 attendees at Churchill College, located at a short walking distance from the West Hub and the town centre. The symposium preferred rate is £84 per person for an undergraduate ensuite room for single occupancy and includes breakfast in the College Hall.
For those wishing to stay in a local hotel, please note that this is a busy time in Cambridge, so you are encouraged to book your hotel accommodation early to guarantee availability.

Cancellations
ACCOMMODATION:
Cancellation less than 13 weeks but more than 4 weeks prior to the event: 50% of the contracted value
Cancellation less than 4 weeks but more than 2 weeks prior to the event: 75% of the contracted value
Cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to the event: 100% of the contracted value
We reserve the right to modify the programme up to the day of the event. It may, in exceptional circumstances, be necessary to cancel or rearrange an event at short notice. The University of Cambridge can accept no liability for loss caused by cancellation or rearrangement. Its liability is limited to refund of the registration fee if the event is cancelled.
