"An Endochronic Approach in Modelling Liquefaction of Sand”; Krishna Kr. Soundararajan and Boominathan Adimoolam, published in the Proceedings of 14th ARC 2011, Hong Kong, has been judged as the best paper on “Constitutive Modelling for Geologic Materials” and is awarded the Professor C. S. Desai Award for 2012 by the Indian Geotechnical Society.
