Emeritus Professor Schofield and Dr Haigh's most recent book was published this month. Entitled Disturbed Soil Properties and Geotechnical Design, Second Edition, it describes the developments leading to the Original Cam Clay model, focusing on fundamentals of the shearing of soil.
